Getting on the Right Road

“Inappropriate denial and equally inappropriate identification of the real factors in the basic conflict will not solve the problem itself. The conflict cannot disappear until it is fully recognized that miscreation is not real, and therefore there is no conflict. This entails a full realization of the basic fact that, although you have miscreated in a very genuine sense, you need neither continue to do so nor to suffer from your past errors in this respect.” (ACIM, COA ed., T-2.XI.15:1-3)

Good news indeed! Miscreations that are not ongoing but in the past certainly don’t need to hold us back. We can welcome love, and true creation, at any and all times. We are free to drop our obsession with the ego, free to let the true heart lead the mind to creations of great value.

Just ask, internally, what experiences we really want. These experiences are creations, and they will take on a better tone, much more positive, much more loving, when we have dropped our pride and asked for help from a Higher Power. This can be Jesus himself, or God Himself. Our own Mind reaches deep within us to the Self, for we are a part of God. And with a Champion like this, how can we fail?
