“Observe how the world seems submerged in panic. The state of terror to which many are subjected is a visible manifestation of the arrival of the time of light and truth, and that everything is being healed. It is a sign of true hope.” Choose Only Love: Let Yourself Be Loved (COL bk.2, 14:I)
This quotation exemplifies a paradox. How can we see hope, when all around us things seem to be falling down? Our world seems in chaos. We seem in chaos.
But this quotation says that actually this is a “sign of true hope.” And that “everything is being healed.” If we listen to these words, perhaps we will have peace. The chaos won’t seem unsolvable any longer. It will not be unsolvable any longer.
We can let our panic and our terror go. If it is darkest just before the dawn, maybe the dawn is even now on the horizon. We want to see the arrival of the time of light and truth, and if we stand steadfast in our faith, this quotation is saying to us that light and truth will be what we will experience. Not a long way off, but very soon. Delay is only of the ego, and the ego is gone from many of us now. A Course of Love says this.
Let us take this passage to heart, sure of our God, sure of His promises. It truly is darkest just before the dawn.
I think I can see a ribbon of light on the horizon even now.
MIRACLES EACH DAY 
Indeed. Well shared. The Hebrew writers throughout history have used the “pesher”, or a story within story. I knew Love once, when I was 6. Who couldn’t at that age? Then many things happened and I cried out in private, in secret, pleaded, begged, for God to have mercy and give me a proof of his existence. I was stretched to the breaking point and had to know. Just between us.
A silence began then that I am only just emerging. I finding that despite knowing Love has always been within. Within us all, and that without accepting the truth if life, one may never accept our perfect, singular selves (because how would Love fail to create a perfect thing, true in form and function), or ever hope to actually see Love, so that accepting ourselves is the same as accepting Love. That the greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing everyone “he was God”, and more, that there is no devil, only our scared, frightened selves, looking for Love outside of ourselves, for how could Love already be within when we are born into sin?
What if there isnt a man, a messiah,savior returning in the clouds. What if the death wasnt the point? What if the Return is the return of the true teaching of the Gospel of Love & not a rapture? The Gospel was not written by Yahashua or his disciples. Why would you need to write books to follow and teach about Love, when all one need do is let, accept mortality, see Love, and begin to accept ones self?
Thank you for allowing me to comment. Love is on the other side of the door and I am frightened.I cannot “feel” whether Love was not there, or I did not hear, or I left, or this is all as it should be. Yes,it is time to wake up. Closer each day. 😁
Yes, we are all frightened, maybe often. But there will be times during the day when we are less frightened. We need to milk those times for all they are worth, then transfer those loving feelings to the rest of our day.
