Gates of Heaven

“Beloved pure soul!  You who live for God!  Whoever joins this work becomes one with us, and because of that union miracles and spiritual events of incalculable greatness and bliss will occur.  Gates of Heaven not yet opened will do so.”  Choose Only Love bk. 6, 1:II

A wonderful promise from Choose Only Love, received by Sebastian Blaksley from the celestial.  We are often given encouragement in these seven books in the series, published by Take Heart Publications and available on Amazon.

If we choose to take to heart these promises, our lives will smooth out and we will enjoy greater happiness.

Sometimes we think wanting to be happy is a selfish thing.  But no!  Actually it is the gift of God to us.  We just have to follow His message of Love.

We Live in New Times Now

“The time has passed when the forces of ego attacked the truth with all their ferocity.  There is no battle to win; it has already been won.  You live in new times now, times of the fullness of being.  Even though the world continues to look quite similar to that of yesteryear, the times now have nothing to do with what was previously.”  Choose Only Love, bk.7, 5:I

This quotation from the final book in the series, Choose Only Love, received by Sebastian Blaksley, will give us hope. Certainly when we look at our conflicted world, we are likely to doubt these optimistic words. But it truly is darkest before the dawn, and we are reaching the dawn shortly. The egoic triumph for our world is no more. Many people, even if not of a religious persuasion, are becoming aware of what works and what doesn’t. And egoic extremes fail miserably.

We are in the “fullness of being.” This is Mary’s way, heralded by A Course of Love and then followed up with Mirari and Memoria–as received by God’s servant, Mari Perron. “Being” as an ideal doesn’t mean we sit back and don’t do anything to improve our world. But our being in this world is primary; we don’t seek to be do-gooders without salvation ourselves.

“There is no battle to win; it has already been won.” This, about the ego, is wonderful news in and of itself. Much of this change has come about from the advent of A Course in Miracles, received by Helen Schucman and Bill Thetford as a team, with Helen taking down notes and Bill typing them up. The book was published in 1975. Much to the good has happened since. And most of us believe that A Course in Miracles was channeled by Jesus himself.

Let’s ask sincerely if we are on the right track, those of us of religious persuasion who seek only good in the world. Let our “being” flow, with actions that emerge from our being One with God.

This is the final step. Being One with God is the ultimate. And the illusory separation from God, fraught with the ego, is healed.

Resurrection

“Beloveds of Heaven, each day we approach more closely the time of full awareness of your resurrection.  A time without equal.  A time of joy and peace.  A time when the miracle of God’s creation comes to fruition in your individual consciousness.”  Choose Only Love bk.3, 10:IV

Choose Only Love is quite an optimistic series of books, to be seven in all, with now five published. This optimism shines brightly in today’s quotation.

It is an internal change that we are reaching. Not all will experience the joy and peace that is promised, but all who want to do so will actually sense it more and more as time goes by. The implication is that the time of Christ is now. A resurrection for us all. We have not previously had a comprehensive resurrection, though many have longed for it and others have announced it prematurely.

Sebastian, who is bringing us Choose Only Love, sees into the spirit world. We cannot understand this, but all who know him, know that his witness is genuine.

We can ask to see in the spirit world as well. If we turn ourselves in re-surrender over to God, we will know more. And particularly, we will know of the truth of this series of books.

Getting Answers from God

“When you feel worried, sit down, relax, take a deep breath, connect with the desire, and wait for the answer.  The answer to desire will be given in due time and in perfect form.  Someone will knock on the door and bring you the solution, or a situation will be unlocked, or a successful idea will come, or simply the problem will be otherwise resolved.”  Choose Only Love bk.3, 3:I

Jesus is very sure about this advice, but how many of us, when overwrought, are inclined to sit still and let God handle the worry?  If we move in this manner, our worries will dissolve, and solution will be found.  A Course in Miracles says that the solution is always WITH the problem.  Often when we think we have a long-held problem, we are seeking a solution before its time, or, in other words, fretting needlessly about something that is not here yet.

Listen to Jesus in this quotation.  Do it now, if you can, for I am sure that all of us have problems that cry out for solutions, and solutions that have seemed obscure.  See if it is time for a solution, if indeed anything at all needs to be done NOW.  Often we are simply borrowing trouble.

Sitting still and listening, in the silence, for God’s Answer, is advice that is “right on” and perfectly suited for most of us.

Try it today.  Try it now.

Forgiven World

Note:  I am returning with this post to Sebastian Blaksley’s received work from angels, Jesus, and Mary.  His work is profoundly meditative, and if we let the heart rule, we will derive great benefit from reading his Choose Only Love—out now in four volumes of a projected seven.

“Keep in mind during this journey that the world is a great illusion; and that the day will come when the veil will be lifted and in the forgiven world you will see the true creation of God. . . .”  Choose Only Love bk.3, 1:III

We can have hope from reading this quotation.  In the real world, the forgiven world, we are no longer living in illusion.  And we are living in love.

Sebastian Blaksley has published an excellent article on the forgiven world, the world that love rules, in Miracles magazine.  He addresses the confusion that there has been in the Course in Miracles and Course of Love communities about what “illusion” actually means.

An idea is not an illusion, and in my belief we are all living ideas in the Mind of God.  With the ego, we spun illusions willy-nilly just all the time.  Not so when we have moved into the real world.  Our ideas, based as they are in God’s prompting, are real and good.  We have passed beyond the confusion that the egoic world made for us.  We are living better, even if the times we live through now seem perilous. 

Our hearts are filled with God’s love, and this love transforms everything.

Experiencing Angels

“Here is where you find what has been called in your language the hierarchy of angelic beings, of angelic worlds.  They are points of light, just like you, but not in the experience of time, nor in the condensation that you would call physical bodies—not even the lower astral bodies.  Still, this multidimensionality of creativity is a radiant dance with just a tinge of a sense of separation, or ‘otherness,’ or fear.”  (“The Way of Transformation,” The Way of Mastery, Chapter 16, Page 193)

Angels are all around us and all there to help us. Here Jayem, channeling Jesus, tells us a little more about angels: “points of light,” but with just a tinge of “otherness,” or fear. This is news to us, for we had previously imagined angels to be all light. It may help them to help us if they understand fear to a little extent–but they certainly have not entered into fear as much as we have.

It is often believed that we each have a guardian angel or angels. I sometimes wonder how they must feel when we ignore them. Ask today to tune into our angels. They will be amazed that they have been noticed, but, I think, oh, so happy.

We all on this plane of earth need much help. It is only when we seek to go it alone that we get into trouble. Here, with angels, is another avenue of help, sanctioned by God. Angels, after all, heralded the birth of Jesus to shepherds. And we have just passed through this time of Christmas once again. Don’t let the spirit of Christmas leave. Keep tuning into the glory that is ours to experience.

And let the love of angels surround us.

Interview with Sebastian Blaksley, Receiver of Choose Only Love

With Archangel Raphael by his side, he immediately put the symbols into words, first in his native Spanish, and then immediately following, again putting the symbols into English.

At age five Sebastian had a near-fatal accident—the car was run into by a train and he, along with his younger brother, were thrown underneath the moving train; the brother was instantly killed but Sebastian heard a voice telling him not to move and not to be afraid. Miraculously receiving in Argentina from the angelic realm, Sebastian Blaksley has bestowed upon us a marvelous gift in Choose Only Love:  Echoes of Holiness.  This book, the first published in a series of seven by Take Heart Publications, is emblematic of all great books that inform us of ultimate truth.  We will be primed to move to Awakening or Christ-consciousness through an infusion of the energy of Love.  Reading it, we will discover that few other books touch us with such an overwhelmingly reverent, worshipful feeling.

Sebastian describes himself as merely a “pencil in the hands of the love.”   His Roman Catholic faith brings passion to the words of the book.  I “hear” words coming through a very devout individual, one “in the world” but not “of it,” a man whose sincerity is palpable.  Yes, Choose Only Love:  Echoes of Holiness will move us to a receptive frame of mind and heart, inviting the mellow feeling that characterizes Awakening. 

            Sebastian’s experience of channeling is unique.  He hears choirs of angels singing, then finds himself in the company of Archangels Raphael and Gabriel.  Jesus and Mary are present from time to time in the channeling.  Sebastian absorbs the message from the Voice of Christ, then later transcribes it into words, first Spanish, and then he receives again, this time in English.  The Archangels oversee that the meaning is correct.  Afterwards Sebastian rests, for he is very fatigued from the influx of great energy.

            Each of the 21 chapters begins with the words, “A message from the Voice of Christ through a Choir of Angels in the presence of Archangel Raphael and Archangel Gabriel.”  As we proceed, we find quite a bit of metaphysics, an explanation of ultimate reality.  We come to understand how and why we were created by God, and we discover what caused our illusory separation from Him. We find that Love can transform, and, indeed, end all suffering.  We read that creation is actually neutral, that what we experience we write upon it.  Our purpose is to “be who we are,” not to struggle to become an ideal image of ourselves.  In other words, we do not actually have to labor to change ourselves.  We are beloved by God just as we are.  We are heading into an experience of freedom as Awakened individuals, a blessed state of mind and heart that has been overshadowed by the ego and its fear for eons.  We are invited just to “be” the Self who we are, and that Self is Christ.  Many of us keep hearing that Love is the Answer, and this book echoes this idea with certainty.  Its heartfelt message will help us to absorb Love deeply, taking us to the truth of what Love can do for us.  If we are devotees of A Course of Love, as Sebastian is, we will see the influence of that gift first received by Mari Perron around the turn of the century 2000 (also published by Take Heart Publications). 

Jesus, the risen Christ, and Mary, his mother (equal to her son), are greatly revered by the angels who visit Sebastian.  The angels recognize purity of love.  We are encouraged to follow Jesus and Mary as we seek to walk more closely with God.  And, yes, Jesus and Mary are only a call away from us.  We can believe as does Sebastian, who has heard from Jesus: “Our love story will never end.”

If we want an intense spiritual experience in the moment, we could do no better than read Sebastian’s gift slowly and meditatively.  In my estimation, this series is a prime choice for our morning and evening devotionals.  We cannot read it rapidly, or its beneficent meaning will be lost to us.  But we can read at a measured pace, and our receptivity will bloom.  We will live the words.  Remember:  Read slowly.

Introducing Choose Only Love

Note:  I am now going to include, from time to time, passages and my reflections from the new series, Choose Only Love.  The work is being received by Sebastian Blaksley, who lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  The book is presented as a contribution by angels, archangels, Jesus, and Mary.

Little by Little, Let Love Fill Our Being

“Calm your minds.  Calm your hearts.  Close your eyes for a moment.  Stay with me, your Heavenly Mother.  Together let us repose in peace, united in the stillness of Christ.  Give me your imagination, your memory, your will, your all.  Leave everything aside.  Feel how your heart widens when receiving the love of God.  Little by little, let love fill your being and overflow completely, extending to all creation.”  Choose Only Love:  Let Yourself Be Loved (COL bk.2, 7:IV)

We have in this section of Choose Only Love a contribution from Mary, mother of Jesus.  This passage, like all from her, are soothing in the extreme.  We see the influence of A Course of Love, in that we are encouraged to calm both mind and heart, a dual reminder of the emphasis placed on both mind and heart (“wholeheartedness”) in ACOL. 

Love is at the center of this passage, something that we will see throughout this Volume 2, fittingly entitled, “Let Yourself Be Loved.”  I feel reassured here, for the onus is not placed on us as a command:  to love.  We do not extend Love until we have been assured that we are loved by God.  If we try to move from an unstable core, the ego, we will quickly find that nothing we do will have enough love in it.  It is true that giving and receiving are one, but we love because “He first loved us,” as the Bible says.

Little by little, we read, we fill our being to overflowing with love.  When we have done this, drawing from the celestial realm, we will know a peace and happiness that has eluded us until now.
