Joy

“Truth will ask you, ‘what are the sources of your joys?’  And in that question you will find peace because you can clearly discern what is a cause of fullness for your being and what is not.”  Truly Beloved, Book 1, Chapter 64.  Message from Mary.

When Mary mentions “fullness” of being, she is talking about what we all want to experience.  Something that we know and recognize when it is happening.

Here Mary says that joy is like this.  We know when we are happy, and when we dwell on what it is, we are led to do more of the things that create happiness for us.

If we are unsure, go inward, journal a bit, and see if true thoughts don’t rise to the surface.  We are sometimes out of touch with what brings us joy–but we don’t have to stay that way.  There is help, there is revelation, and God constantly wishes us well and helps us know the truth.
